Why Colmad Auto
Mobile mechanics are great for most jobs — but some work genuinely needs a workshop. Two-post hydraulic lifts, full diagnostic rigs, and a controlled environment for engine and gearbox jobs. Through our Colmad Auto partnership, we now have that infrastructure backing us up for the heavier work.
Colmad are particularly strong on German engines — BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, and Mini Cooper. They are the kind of workshop the Cape Town BMW community quietly recommends to each other. We have spent time with their team and the work is clean, the prices honest, and the diagnostics deep.
What This Means For You
Three practical changes:
- Workshop drop-off is now an option. If you would rather drop your car at a workshop than have us come to you, drop it at 43 Mansell Rd, Killarney Gardens. We handle the rest. No call-out fee.
- German cars get specialist attention. Anything that needs workshop-grade German diagnostic tools, we route through Colmad.
- Fetch and return is now feasible. Because we have a workshop drop-off location, we can offer a full fetch-and-return service — we collect, service at the workshop, return same-day where possible.
What Stays The Same
Everything else. The mobile service is still our core offering — we still come to you, anywhere from Blouberg to Stellenbosch. Our pricing structure is unchanged. The Colmad partnership is an addition, not a replacement.

Our partner workshop, Colmad Auto, is at 43 Mansell Rd, Killarney Gardens — a quick drop-off for customers in Table View, Milnerton, Century City, Parklands, Blouberg, Sandown and the northern suburbs. Prefer us to come to you instead? We service the entire Western Cape mobile, from Blouberg and Parklands through to Bellville, Durbanville, Cape Town CBD, and out to Stellenbosch, Somerset West and Paarl.
